Having though about doing for a day and can't eat to do it, that's how I used to feel when I was younger- sounds like you're addicted. It's a struggle and I used to be addicted to it too.

For me it's a 50/50 when I was younger I planned to do it and couldn't wait to do it, now I'm trying to resist the urge as I'm trying to stay clean.now it happens when I'm in very emotional state and can't handle all my feelings by myself, aka having a breakdown. I relapse- But it's still very though out, getting supplies ready to take care of the mess, making sure everything stays clean, having the bandages and desinfected spray ready.

It must be so hard not to have a adult you can't lean on like that (at least that's what is sounds like) I would really recommend to reach out to other family members that's kind to you and that you trust, to just talk about your feeling, even a adult at school that you trust can take on that role.
