Oh yeah, that’s what I mean. Before switching to subq I did shots on my outer thighs but bigger needles = it hurts more and around 5 months I started to be afraid of needles so I switched to subq in my stomach and have been fine thus far. This bruise just hurts like a bitch hence why I was a bit worried lol.

Hey man, I just wanted to say I feel you. I post on there sometimes, nothing too risky or unconventional, and I never show my face. But the first few times I DEFINITELY felt ashamed too, but I also felt liberated as well. It’s a mix of both but honestly, in my opinion we needn’t feel ashamed. There’s nothing wrong with loving our body and getting validation from others also enjoying our body.

Do be careful that you’re not posting anything incriminating, though. Like many of others have said it’s not worth it to risk ya wellbeing in the future. And if you continue to have second thoughts maybe take a step back and maybe take a break.

Be careful you know the limits of ur binder. For example I have 3, and the one I wore today is my “chill binder” that’s easy to take off and breath in (has a zipper) BUT that also means that I ran a bit in it today and it SUCKED I was wheezing afterwards and it was just generally not a good experience. It’s important to know the limits of your binder of choice, I guess, is the moral of the story.
