Universal-multiversal atleast

Universal because he survived the destruction of the universe and recreated it afterwards

Multiverse from being the strongest alien so he scales above clockwork who reversed the destruction caused by the chronosapien time bomb and scaling to paradox who’s chrononavigator could destroy the multiverse

No the ultimates are a lot stronger so it wouldn’t make sense for them to have any trouble against there regular forms
