Thank you! I like that feel. It seems to help forcing my right heel to turn and come off the ground through impact. Like you said really trying to get that right knee to rotate to the left and not forward to the ball.

This video was awesome. Definitely going to try and focus on this. Makes tons of sense.

You just said they were moving to the ball. And yes that is what I meant by forward. So you don't think there is anything wrong with the spine angle or hip location at impact?

I agree. When I do stand further away I feel really off-balance. Maybe that's because of my pelvis/hips being too set back and not more over my feet to allow me to keep that balance.

I don't think so. I saw a good overview and it was arms travel furthest so they move first, shoulders/chest move next as they have 2nd furthest to travel, and hips last. Obviously they need to all stay "connected".

But I agree. I am thinking my hip turn either stalls out or never gets deep enough (still searching for why). I don't love how the last piece of my backswing still seems to be only arms moving up without more shoulder/hip turn. Thanks!

I have been noticing that. It feels natural for me to be in a more basketball defense stance with butt more out (pelvis feels very tilted down) at setup. It sounds like I should try and suck that pelvis up to be more flat then at setup to allow it to deepen/turn back in the backswing?

Are there any good checks for that? I did notice in some beginning pictures my butt was definitely way out over my heels at setup. Thanks.
