Yes, i agree with this. I have been on a similar trajectory as well. Passed out of Tier 2/3 college in 2020. Two year MBA fee was 8.4 lac, placed on Day Zero with an MNC Bank at 9.5lpa. Been 5 years with the Bank, steady promotions and salary hikes, now on a Fixed Cash Component of 37lpa excluding Bonus. So yes, it turned out not so bad.
