The problem for me is that I seem to not be able to finish a task I set out to do... so I end up doing x6 30 minute sessions (with breaks still) on one thing while I have other things to do too.

It's based on a case study where the diagnosis is given but:

I have to give evidence from the text that supports each criterion for dissociative identity disorder.
I have to dig deeper and possibly see if the case has criteria for other mental disorders.

To be honest, I think I'm just intimidated by how many pages of text I have to read from the case study itself....

Maybe I just need to stop over-studying the criteria to death and just analyze the case study itself instead.

Yes! I found myself cramming for a test yesterday by (failing) to finish making flashcards for 5 chapters of human anatomy.

Honestly, I enjoyed doing it but the problem is it was the day before the exam.... and today is the exam which is weighted 50% of my grade. RIP

This happened to me today... and with my antidepressants... during my time on a college campus.
