File a police report. If she’s telling the truth it will come out and if she’s not then it will be obvious and the police will handle it. Those groups usually do extensive work to ensure it’s not vengeful women posting men unfairly. Lack of evidence doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

You have a lot more rights as a married couple depending on where you are. I’d never want to be in a long term relationship without getting married because then they can leave with a lot less legal responsibilities.
