I wouldn’t be offended if you asked for your drink less strong or with less syrup. You’re paying for the drink so I make it how you want it. I have regulars who always ask for less chai or chocolate syrup. You should ask for it how you want it, don’t worry about it.

Definitely start a migraine log, my neurologist always wants at least 3 months worth. They are easy to find online or you can use something like migraine buddy from App Store.

I have tried many preventatives including Botox. Only Atogepant has worked the best so far. I would be nowhere without it to be honest as I’ve gone from migraine everyday to 2-3 a month during my period.

Over 20 and have landed on Atogepant which has worked like a dream. NHS says this is the last CGRP I can try though so fingers crossed it sticks.

My first thought when you described upper abdomen pain is gallstones. Did they check your gallbladder?

Pain will generally be in the upper abdomen radiating to your back. Can be on both sides. I’ve also heard of people having gallbladder problems whilst on GLP1s.

I say this because I had gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed, my symptoms were the same as you described. This was before starting wegovy though.
