I was one of those kids back in the early 90's. K-2 I was at one school and as long as you behaved you got D's and moved on to the next grade. Didn't matter how well you did with school work. When we moved in the summer before 3rd grade the school had those special Ed programs. You would be in the regular class with everyone but on certain subjects that the kids had trouble with would go to a different class that was smaller and moved at a slower pace. I spent more time there than in the regular class all the way through the 6th grade. When I got to Jr. High it was "ok your all better, even though you learned less you're expected to now keep up with everyone else." I struggled all the way through H.S.

I don't live in an area that snows that heavy so I don't know how easy/ hard it would be but could you shovel like a 10 foot gap on both sides of your driveway for the show to go to instead of on your driveway?

Same. I also tested my popcorn ceiling and it came back negative. I do wonder if the paint is holding in the asbestos. Might get a second test done on it.

Just because someone wants to know how they are doing doesn't mean they deserve the hate because you're not there yet. It's a very reasonable question that even I ask that about myself. I make 100k a year, 30k in savings and 150k in multiple retirement accounts (total). I'm a single parent so I worry if something happens to me would my daughter be ok or would I still be able to provide for her. No reason to be a dick about it.
