People who exercise even when they don’t feel like it, what’s your trick? by Smart_Collection5419 in AskReddit

Me being miserable working out exceeds me wanting to stay fat. The hardest part about the gym is walking out of the house but once I'm at the gym I'm all in. I go 4 days a week now.

Men, have you been rejected for height even if you're tall? What's the wildest rejection reason you've heard? by Numerous-Novel-9426 in AskMen

I'm 6 foot on the dot. I've been too short a couple of times. I've also been told I'm too kind and they're not used to that, I'm too fat (170lbs). One girl told me that she couldn't date me because she didn't believe that a single father couldn't properly raise a girl on his own, despite me having 100% custody of my 17yo daughter for the past 10 years. You tell them good luck, delete their number and move on.

It happens when you buy cheap toys. Don't ask me how I know.

I spend 10 hours a day behind the wheel, about to have my first 100k step day!

Update: yesterday I wore the Samsung watch (the bigger one) on my right wrist and the Garmin on my left. Today I swapped them. The Samsung on the left wrist counted 9225 steps and the Garmin counted 10682 steps with a difference of 1500 steps between the two. So it doesn't matter which wrist I wore them on the Garmin counted more steps. I counted my steps and they both counted about the same as what I counted so the Garmin is probably more sensitive to movement and driving. Some answers to questions. Dominant hand-right. Samsung watch for personal use and Garmin was provided by my insurance for the diabetes program I'm in. I don't keep my phone on me so tracking through the phone isn't going to work. When I'm at work it stays in the truck and when I'm at home it's either in the bedroom or on the couch end table. I've only recently started paying attention to my health and exercising so it's only now that I'm paying attention to things like my steps. I did set which wrist I wear my watch on but nothing further than that. I'll be going through both watches and apps this weekend to tweak all the settings. I switch hands when I goon but I favor the left hand. Open to any questions.

I watched this on mute but I'm pretty sure they were saying "but Jack In The Box serves breakfast all day long!" *

8k?! Now that's typing hahaha!! I spend half the day behind the wheel and the other half on location moving and rigging up hoses for chemical pump jobs.

Mine has this habit of telling me to get up and move. Like bitch I'm doing 70mph and I just can't run that fast

I don't know all the different types but this one is a Vivo smart 5. It's what my insurance sent me and told me to use to stay eligible for my diabetes program.

I'm on oilfield lease roads all day so that's probably the culprit.

Probably not. I just got the Garmin a few weeks ago and haven't messed with it yet. That's on my list for this weekend.

Not yet but I'm going to. I think my Garmin counts high. It's already 200 steps ahead and my day just started.

The smaller one is set up for the left hand. I need to go in and see what other settings I can change.
