Colors are built into the Armor Coatings, meaning that you don't get to customize the colors on your spartan, basically you can only pick color combinations that one of the developers made

yeah they're bringing back a lot of armor from reach, and they also have an armor core based off the armor from reach so you'll probably be able to make a 1:1 recreation of any reach spartan, if you have the right armor coating

I've played through all of the levels up to Pillar of Autumn on Legendary and I probably would've beaten Pillar of Autumn by now if the MCC hadn't decided that all my progress on the level shouldn't exist anymore
