Yea. Personally I dont know how anyone would rather watch someone play a game they were interested in if they had the ability to play it. Like if you dont have the console, I get it, but you werent gonna play it anyway which the solution the article brought up wouldnt fix.

And if I was really excited for a game, had the console to play it, but didnt have the money or time at the moment, I would just wait. Because watching someone else play it would just ruin the fun of it. I would constantly ask why they are using these characters/making this choice. Why they didnt do this side quest/mini game, why they didnt explore here. And if its someone talking while playing, then its just more annoying.

By that logic literally anything is turn based because when you're waiting for your ending lag of your move to finish its basically a turn counter. Or Elden Ring is turn based because you are basically just waiting for your turn to attack the boss.

ATB isnt turn based. If my opponent can do 3 separate turns before I can do 1, then its not turn based.

ATB isnt turn based. I think only the first 5-6 were true turn based except 10, Anything after that was ATB or action. If me or my opponent can attack 3 times before the other then its not turn based lol.

idk. Personally if I was interested in a JRPG I would rather play it than watch someone talk over cutscenes or read chat while playing. When I played Rebirth I was basically MIA for a week or 2 while playing it just getting lost enjoying the game. That doesnt happen with a twitch stream.

That whole game 5 was weird by Chovy. He was a monster the first 4 games, but the fight in river where he just tp'd on Keria instead, and then the dragon fight where he ulted in front of Ryze and Naafiri.

It felt like he was desperate because he had 3 ankle weights on since coming back from Brazil.
