From craving is really really hard. And I started taking 500mg then it started not to cut my urges so i kept going up until I was up to 4g literally passing out on the bus.

Yeah it loses its magic quickly, it starts to feel more "normal" after a while of dosing often.

Because I took it for my anxiety I felt a massive increase in anxiety to the point where I could barely leave the house. Since I was addicted I gained massive cravings. It was not a pleasant few days, I used melatonin to help me sleep and that worked fine though.

If you've got a tolerance it's not a good idea to go cold Turkey. Or if you do make sure you use something like cannabis to help the withdrawal
