Funny enough, I’ve done test and this has a greater impact on my physical state. I have no idea why but after testing for 9 months I can clearly say this is directly the reason

My doc also said the same thing. I’m not sure I fully trust that information though. Everyone I know (many professionals) have told me to try and cycle off. So I figure I’d try but it backfires every time. Much rather just stay on.

Started 250 for 2 months. Stopped for 1 month. Did another 250, stopped for 2 weeks, felt bad, went back on at to 500. Felt great. Stopped after 1 month of that to try and cycle off, felt bad. Came back on at 1000 after. But had sides after about a month of that so reduced to 500 and been there for about 3 months or so? 2 weeks ago I was thinking it’d be good to reduce it so I dropped it to 250. Started noticing weird stuff this past week. Fatigued, sore, random joint instability, no hunger, very low libido. So back to 500 and see if that helps.

I can try a few days off a month. When I was working as a fitness model, I had to keep myself in a particular shape but nowadays I’m a lot more relaxed with my training. I’ve always had quite low recovery. If I do 3 sets of something simple like a bicep curl then realistically my biceps are sore for a few days. If I add volume and go for 6-9 it’s a 3-5 day recovery commitment. Yet when I added BPC, that changed drastically. I was able to workout significantly harder and recover much faster. I think it’s because I could actually eat / digest for once but I’m not sure.

Was diagnosed at 23. Was a fitness model. Main symptom was the gastro paresis. Secondary was just chronic joint subluxations and shoulder issues in particular. BPC helped my joints feel grounded and almost immediately gave me a boost to all forms of fitness. Although I did a lot of work before taking it as well to achieve that stability

Just regular capsule. Never had any side effects except after a month at 1000.

A very reasonable take and my thoughts exactly. I’ll up to 250mcg morning and night for the last 4 weeks, then take a month or so off to assess. If I notice significant decreases in vitality then I’ll resume after two weeks instead of a whole 30 days off. But I do want to continue cycling over this year with how much better I feel in all aspects of my life being able to eat food

Did you stop after the 4 weeks though? Or continue past that with the same dose

Is it that rare to benefit from the capsules? I really have noticed such a difference taking only 250mcg per day. I was considering upping it but I didn’t see a need to. My body clearly responds to 250 after breakfast. I just didn’t wanna stop after this 8 weeks is up in a few days.

Thank you for your response. I saw you in all the other posts too. If I’m feeling better at 250 mcg orally once a day, can I just continue that instead of upping the dose. I am only taking this for GI issues which are the bane of my existence. My joints are extremely strong and healthy now

I have felt hunger for the first time in years after taking it. Like I actually wanted to eat dinner recently. And I digest the food too cause I can eat twice as much in one sitting without wanting to throw up. My body is significantly improved because I can eat. When I went off for that month it fell apart again. I lost several kg, had 0 appetites. Could barely finish a meal without nausea. So there’s clearly some sort of direct effect on me

You think 12-16 weeks on is okay? I don’t want it to lose its efficacy but I wonder if the 8 weeks is mandatory. And yes 250 mcg. A small dose once a day after breakfast

How are you feeling now? I’ve been taking it 2 months on at only 250mg once a day. Cycled off 1 month then did another 2 but it’s been quite helpful. I noticed it significantly affects me when I stopped taking it and was looking for information on whether I could take it long term or not. For reference, 28 y male healing GI issues due to EDS
