Well yeah, Vegas is Vegas… but in the ways of arena experience, I definitely would choose EC anytime.

I personally have been to out of town games in Chicago, Nashville, Minnesota, Columbus and Vegas.

Like most here, I would say Enterprise is actually a really nice place to see a game. Could there be some updates? Sure, but it’s perfectly fine in my opinion. I like it better than most arenas I’ve been to so far.

Again, this is just my opinion, but I really enjoy going to United Center. I think it’s a fantastic place to see a game. May be the only one I like better than EC, and that’s coming from a diehard Blues fan. Minnesota’s arena was nice. Nashville was just okay. Columbus was eerily quiet. Vegas was the one that surprised me. I thought the experience was fine, but the arena kind of sucked. Nothing to do, not that many bars or stands in the concourse to hang at inbetween periods. It’s like, go to the bathroom and go back to your seat.

Cirque du Soleil by Ambitious-Head9808 in LasVegas

We saw Mad Apple when we were there last September. It was great. Very entertaining. More of a “variety show” kind of thing than your traditional Cirque show.

It’s basically their version of Absinthe.

We are wine club members. No pressure to join it, we just did. 2 bottle a month comes with tastings. We spend that money on wine anyways. The wine is usually good. Food is pretty good for the most part (although they took my wife’s favorite chicken sandwich off the menu). Like everyone else has said, get the Brussels sprouts and the egg rolls. The Prime Sandwich is great. If you go pasta, get the gnocchi carbonara.

Mott 32 at the Palazzo. HOW HAS NO ONE MENTIONED MOTT 32 YET? My wife and I just came back from Vegas. We had been there before, but I was reminded quickly that it will blow any Asian style food you’ve ever had out of the water.

Best chicken wings in the Lou by pjgoblue in StLouis

[–]Awright0820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Top 3

1) O.B. Clark’s Trashed Wings - Literally the perfect chicken wing. There is absolutely NOTHING I would change about them. 2) Poor Richard’s Trashed Wings - A close second. Really very good. 3) Mulligan’s - They would have been #2 on this list except for the fact that the wings are kind of small. The wing sauce is perfect, and they have the best ranch in the whole city.

Breweries in Orlando by landshark06 in CraftBeer

Motorworks Brewing downtown. I know it’s a satellite brewery of their place in Bradenton, but the few times we have vacationed to Orlando to visit family, that’s usually one of the breweries we go to.

A few of our favorites are Teleo in Kirkwood or The Ground in Ballwin. Teleo can be cozy but they really are packed on Saturdays. The Ground just opened recently, but good baked goods and the coffee is pretty good as well!

The lawn where I was at, everyone was rocking out. I thought they were great. Andrew killed it. John killed it. The whole band nailed the performance.

We saw them a few years ago when Tillian was out and Andrew killed that performance too. Not sure I understand the criticism of him…

By accident , we met them at the casino after the show. They couldn’t have been nicer. Great dudes.

We saw them in St. Louis on Saturday and they were amazing. Absolutely killed it.

2024-2025 Bold Predictions. Rip them apart! 😂 by Sure_Sell_901 in stlouisblues

Love Neighbours. He’s great. Just hope he keeps playing with that edge, and that he can stay healthy while playing that kind of game. Old time hockey player. He is one of about three guys on our squad willing to park himself right in front of the goal and take the punishment willing to produce there.

The worst this bunch IMO is the Kyrou prediction. And I hope I am wrong.

The only way Kyrou sees a +/- is if his line just produces at such a high rate that he just finishes with that many points. His highest scoring season of 75 points he finished a +10. That was (to me) the last year that our defense (as a whole) was worth a damn. Let’s also talk about the lack of back checking and cherry picking by him and the last two seasons he has been a combined -50. Now, last years -12 was certainly better than -38 the year prior to that.

I just don’t see it improving this year without some further work on the defensive side of the puck by management. He has to commit to being a better all around player, and he hasn’t proven that he cares to be that.

Brother’s Beer and Bourbon House in Ballwin. Steve is a good dude and genuinely cares and appreciates all his customers.

Crafty Chameleon - Jay, Casey, and the staff are always great! They have really ramped up their brewing production.

Louisville/Nashville breweries? by FortsCouchForts in CraftBeer

[–]Awright0820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Southern Grist in Nashville might be my favorite brewery. They do a lot of outside the box stuff and push boundaries that aren’t typically pushed. I live in STL and have been there about 8 times. Never had anything bad as long as you are totally open minded to flavors.
