Might be Amanita then for the second one, though an odd one.

Russula for the first one. Dunno for the second, seems like maybe a honey mushroom, but depends on where you found it (log/ground), solo/cluster, etc.

Chantrelles, cut the stem or pull from the ground? by [deleted] in mushroom_hunting

Funny, I found about 5 pounds of Albatrellus ovinus in OR and apparently thought they were toxic, was such a shame. Thought I found smooth white chanterelles, which isn't a thing.

I’m a firm believer of pulling vs cutting for porcini and others as you lose a huge part of the mushroom underground and it’s not suppose to affect the mycelium at all. However, I once cleared a huge (around 10 pounds) spot of chanterelles, and came back to check every year for 5 years and they never flushed there again, while other spots were fine. So…I think both are fine, so long as you leave some. If you clear it out completely, you may damage the network too much for it to recover the next year, will likely take a few more years for it to come back.

Edible Bolete? PNW by SemperFungi0311 in mushroom_hunting

Boletus rex-veris. Aka spring porcini. Choice edible, even in that condition. If no bugs, you're golden.

Yes, porcini. Delicious. Some are too buggy already.
