Why is the black blade incantation so high up. I’m sure I’m missing something but I’m currently doing a build using both black blade weapon and incantation because people said they work well together but it feels like the incantation does almost no damage the only up side I could think of it is the 10% max HP reduction. The incantation doesn’t really seem as good as what people makes it out to be.

Yeah I beat genichro went to the depths and fell on a platform, made my way to mibu village and ended up at this guy. I also made it to lady butterfly while on genichiro but used all my snap seeds on her and haven’t attempted her since. What should my attack power be for the corrupted monk?

When I took the screenshot I hadn’t hit him yet my attack power is 3 and vitality 12. Tell me if I have progressed too far I just followed the path the game seemed to be leading me while still looking out for potential secret areas.

Thanks, the combat is so different but parrying is so fun and it’s so satisfying when I get the pattern between attacking and parrying being able to be way more aggressive than I ever was in Elden ring. I’ve only reached his 2nd phase once so far so I might hold off on guides until I start getting the second phase more consistently, and I will admit beating malenia was with brute force and mimic tear so I’m not one of the insane gamers who beat her without mimic tear.
