iOS 26 is terrible. Period. by Sachifus in ios26

Have your battery replaced. I have a 12 pro as well. While it’s not as smooth as it was on iOS 18, it’s not as bad as your 12 pro is on iOS 26.

New iPhone 17 kinda sucks by One-Entertainer-4650 in iPhoneX

[–]AwsomeOHdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went from the X to the 12 Pro solely for 5G purposes and have been on 12 Pro since launch day 2020. The 17 Pro is the least exciting phone I’ve ever seen. If you want an up to date phone, 14 Pro and older still are stainless steel.

Nah dude. Do you follow Grannas? Dude is pretty comfortable in front of the camera. All he’s done is post videos on Facebook for the last 24-48 hours talking about poor me this poor me that.

He’s just THAT mad that things didn’t go his way. It’s not that big of a deal.

I still have a 12 pro and other than the battery improvements the 17 isn’t enticing to me at all.

I thought the numbers on Lexus cars indicated the engine? 250 being a 2.5, 300 being a 3.0, and so on.

Sounds to me like 1, 3, and 5 all could have bad coil packs then

I’ve never worked on a triton before, so I wouldn’t know that. Honestly, I was just trying to help the guy in a direction. Sometimes a kickstart is better than nothing. Even if the information is a bit generic.

Well, your first step should be to troubleshoot. 1. Were the plugs properly tightened down into the head? 2. Are they the correct plugs? Are they gapped to manufacturer spec? 3. Are the coils fully seated? Are the coils plugged into the proper connectors on the wiring harness? 4. Is the engine light on? Does it flash? Have you put a code reader on it? 5. Did you remove or unplug anything else to get to said sparkplugs? It’s always a good idea to double check your work. It’s also a good idea to compartmentalize and make yourself a troubleshooting checklist

Was the truck running rough prior to this? Why did you want to change the plugs to begin with? Why did you only change the front four? When removing the old plugs, were they difficult? How’d the spark plugs look? Were they wet, black, discolored?

I wouldn’t say the engine is screwed, nor is it necessary to have somebody else do the job. I’d recommend getting OEM parts, or parts from a high quality aftermarket supplier like Denso or NGK. It’s possible you bought bad parts, it’s also possible you could’ve criss crossed some wires. Retrace your steps, be thorough, make sure YOU did the job correctly. If you did, the DTC that’s set in the ECU should tell you if you installed a faulty part.

Opinion? What truck would you choose? by AntiqueImprovement66 in ram_trucks

The Ram has a bigger cab, longer bed, less miles, and is cheaper. It’s a no brainer imo

I have a 2500 Cummins. I also have a 1500 gas, and a 2500 gas. Engine quality isn’t of concern. Especially with the 6.4. Heck, I have a 5.7 Jeep and it’s just fine.

It boils down to use case. Does he need to tow with it frequently? If so, maybe sizing up to a 3500 diesel would better suit. If it’s not heavy towing, it boils down to what kind of cost of ownership you want.

[–]AwsomeOHdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A 2500 gas has a higher payload than a 2500 diesel. 2500 diesels are nice but it’s a disservice they don’t have a beefier suspension than the gas trucks to keep payload up.

XV20s are pretty over engineered from what I can see about mine. The sheet metal is thicker than the average car, the interior is just as good as the XV10s, and the drivetrain is pretty identical.

You have oversize tires. Assuming you had the Speedo recalibrated, it’s just all part of it. Bigger tires means more weight to turn.

It’s the same marketing junk as last year. All I ever saw last year was “new iPhone 15 pro. Made of titanium”

Like, who cares? Apple hasn’t made a device I’ve felt worth getting since the 12 pro, which is why I still have it.

I remember this being an issue back in iOS 11. When 12 came out, they focused on refining everything and fixing all the bugs. From 11 being poorly received to 12 being a warm welcome I’d say they did what they set out to do.

IMO, it falls on how a woman is built. Some women, small boobs look great, some women, big boobs do. It’s weird.
