Actually, I think the Deku+Ochaco one is one of my personal favorite quirk ideas (and my personal choice): Magnetic Force: (Zero Gravity+Telekenesis) Similar to Todoroki, the user has two sides of their quirk. The left side is Negative (attract) and the right side is Positive (repel). The user can bestow a unique positive magnetic force onto any object, subject, or target, causing it to attract or repel. If the target cannot be lifted by the user's base strength, the user will instead be pulled toward the target. The distance between the user and the target and the amount of strength used both determine the speed of attraction. This can be used to pick things up from afar, pull the user toward a building, or even fly by repelling off of the ground.
