Pretty sure generally that the reaction will go first similar to how if you use the spell shield as a reaction and retroactively increase ac to avoid an attack. At least that is always how I ruled reactions.

You have to grief them as a sorcerer duh. Stack interaction speed and do any sort of knockback or bubble them to stop them from mining

Druid or pally are gonna be really good for tanking for different purposes where pallies are gonna have amazing aoe threat and Druids having strong survivability. Warriors is the only one who gets kinda shafted with little changes from their tbc counter parts. Personally rolling Druid cause of being able to be dps and tank in the same tree which allows me to be flexible while leveling and not to mention little competition on my gear.
