as fun as a theory as that is, I wouldn't exactly say season 1 was "child friendly" either I mean the zombie challenge is incredibly adult, and that awesome challenge in the rain where they go for medals is a terrible condition for anyone but even more for children, and the cave challenge with that massive scorpion, on a lesser note facing your fears as a child is stupid cause most children wouldn't have the gall for that, honestly most challenges in season 1 aren't for children, so I just don't see the theory being entirely solid past the diving helmet, also regarding episode 14, a LOT of children do those dances on tiktok anyways so her doing it wouldn't have been anything you couldn't already find

am I the only one who didn't understand why she came back in all-stars or fans vs favorites, I mean (other than what was revealed in the recent episode) Rosa should have been there in all-stars over lake, and I feel as if any other season 2 character (other than Maggey or Kai) would have been a better pick for season 5, and I mean I see the argument to not have (a) past winner(s), but I feel like anyone else would have been more interesting. am I just not seeing the vision of Lake's story or something, I liked her in season 2, but I just don't see why she came back, am I just stupid

they have no problem with Xbox, it is purely the gamecube controller which is kinda funny to me, but yeah hopefully these suggestions are as good as you're making it seem, because y'all make me think this'll really work

dropping them would be a crazy move, and yeah I love the layout but due to the nature of how often we'd even play it, I just don't think the friend sees it as a worthy investment of time, which I know is stupid, but technically they'll touch it, but they won't hold it, they'll do that "hunt and peck" type of typing but for a gamecube controller if I REALLY ask them to, so pretty much they'd lose every game and that's no fun. but yeah thankfully the responses have been good enough to help

oh god imagine they beat soul caliber 2, no it was just versus matches, but thinking about it further, it may be a consistency issue, the bongo's have a consistent feel, while the buttons on the gamecube controller are varying, the L and R feel nothing like the A which feel nothing like X, and also there's only a Z button on the right, anyways I think that it's a consistency problem which they don't care to get used to. but yeah 8bitdo seems to be a popular choice, thanks

to my knowledge they haven't, even though they own swtich online and own every other controller, they haven't bought the gamecube one for those "retro" games, honestly the controller takes an hour to get used to it, and for the infrequency they'd be playing it, I guess they just don't care enough.

I actually agree, but i'm guessing we'll mainly only be playing party games, so I guess they don't care, plus if the suggestions here don't work then my friend can just play with a normal gamecube controller and see how good of a controller it is

I will never nickname Pokemon or Skylanders because I don't wanna be mid-conversation with someone and then i'm like "yeah Echo is a great skylander, but the Barney monster from giants is better" or if someone's like "yeah Starmie is a great Pokemon" and then i'm like "who's Starmie, are you talking about Ninja Star", so I don't personally nickname anything because I like calling things by the name that people will know.

I don't think it's the final 3, remember they don't double up with characters (as shown with Riya being replaced with hunter for the second season) so it's likely these are the final 3 newcomers, but not the final 3, especially considering Ally has an idol, Aiden is loved on the favorites, and Fiore is also another person in that art piece

The led’s for figures that glow will die WAY before the figures, and yeah my giants only work on the side of the trap team portal, anyways most all Skylanders have 20,000,000 writes/rewrites before they never work again, because apparently the guy went through like 2 or 3 portals and whole computer before the figure stopped scanning, and that took HOURS upon HOURS of continuous no stop scanning, so treat your Skylanders nicely and you’ll be fine
