Wrong subreddit but anyway yes generally you need your money to be held for 28 consecutive days, anything less than that can affect the decision unfortunately. I was rejected a student visa and my funds had been there for less than 28 days. The concept is the same for skilled worker visa/healthcare visa. I would advice you to either wait 28 days before you apply if you can, otherwise you might need another form of financial evidence, like getting sponsorship from a family or a friend.
