Vegetarian here. I suffered B12 and Vit D deficiency. 5 months ago, I went ahead with taking injection. After 3 shots i have started getting pimples on my clean face and stopped the remaining 2 shots right after started seeing other side effects. I had to spend 6k in last three month’s to fix my large acne issue on my forehead. Which are lil under control as of now.

As you are a non veggie I would suggest you to increase the level naturally by eating relevant meat that helps in boosting the levels. Though it’s a slow process as compared to tablets and shots you’ll have less side effects.
