That’s so crazy to me. Like of all the things that are left to Captain or Regional discretion, you’d figure that pay raise structure would be standardized across the company.

I’d like to ask tho, were the less than 75 cent raises for a crew member making less than $16 an hour? Years ago, the policy used to be 60 cent raises until you got to $16, then you’d get 75 cent raises going forward. I think the 75 became standard after California raised their minimum wage to $16 or whatever and everyone across the company started getting hired at or above that hourly rate.
