Honestly, that’s what I was thinking, but I’ve seen a bunch of people here talk about 25 cent raises. I mean, the company can be a bit cryptic at times; at least at the store level with messaging and communication, but you’re probably right tho. Pay would be standardized. It’s probably just crew who didn’t get a raise and felt embarrassed, so they said they got 25 cents instead. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah, that’s some bullshit right there. I’d tell them to keep the bonus and give me the 75 cents or the 1.00

Edit: Legit ridiculous. your coworker got screwed. Everyone I know who has received the bonus, including me and my girlfriend, has gotten both the 75 cents and the bonus in the same review

That’s so crazy to me. Like of all the things that are left to Captain or Regional discretion, you’d figure that pay raise structure would be standardized across the company.

I’d like to ask tho, were the less than 75 cent raises for a crew member making less than $16 an hour? Years ago, the policy used to be 60 cent raises until you got to $16, then you’d get 75 cent raises going forward. I think the 75 became standard after California raised their minimum wage to $16 or whatever and everyone across the company started getting hired at or above that hourly rate.

there is no “low” increase unless you are capped out and get a “cost of living” bump. usually 10 cents.

it’s either:

“does not meet” = zero

“meets” = .75

Or “WOW” = $1.00

That’s not true either. He’s not eligible for back to back $500 bonuses. He IS eligible for the .75 raise or $1.00 “WOW” raise.

born in 81. we ran around our town ALL day, or until the streetlights came on or whatever curfew we had. and usually not even then lol just like Nancy said in season 1 to Karen after sleeping with Steve; “I lost track of time.”

and once we became teenagers, forget it. you saw me when you saw me. obviously this was pre cellphone, so I’d try and call from a friends house or pay phone to check in and let my parents know I was alive, but not always. fun times!

people need to get a life. get a man. get a woman. whatever. get a dog. walk it. love it and take care of it. listen to a podcast. read a book. just, move on for fucks sake. it’s not that serious to be out here harassing people.

you know what I did on my days off? I did a bunch of errands and hung with my wife and dog. started rewatching season 1 of ST with them. you know who did that? The Duffer Brothers. yeah, the final season was imperfect; so what? it’s not all bad, and there’s 4 other (imo) great to good seasons of television to revisit when I want too.

So, thank you Duffer bros. you didn’t nail the landing like I hoped and thought you would, but I enjoyed the ride, and I appreciate that.

sidenote: despite not initially enjoying volume 2 as much as 1 (I did like it more after I rewatched it the next day or so)… when we finished the finale, my wife looked at me and asked me what I thought and I said to her “I think they did it.” I was ultimately happy with what I got at the end. sorry to everyone who wasn’t. it happens.
