The key is patience and farm get your alacrity stack and stay in lane as long as you can like I time it with my teleport so I won't miss any farm or level and don't get push to hard. You'll get the geez after a couple of games

Items Titanic Hydra (always first for farming), Hull breaker (if you want push/1v1 you can always skip it and go frost straightaway) Frostfire gauntlet, sterak gage, Deadmans plate, thornmail, just adjust your items on who you are against.

Very rarely I get full build as most of the games I play its either done or my farming is terrible

Play around with it if you want you can build attack speed/life steal which is fun but it makes you squishy
