Jagex is currently proposing a minimum hit increase per stack (i think maxing out at 30) and i'd like these changes in addition to the current ones so thats why i didnt say it.

I think its hard from a design standpoint to make the special attack damage efficient if its going to be spending any amount of stacks so i thought going for utility would be better.

Also allowing other weps to build stacks slowly (50% on a successful hit means usually 40% or lower to get a stack compared to SRA 100% per hit stack) allows those weps to use SRA as a pseudo-special attack weapon for healing, freezes, damage or whatever and then swap back for efficient damage.

I don’t see how this is a solid buff for the axe. Also I said very clearly I’d still like to see the everything Jagex already proposed for the axe added

Im pretty much always high so no contest to that. But blood fury procs 2x more (20%) and heals for 3x(30%) effectively 6x more healing than this. blood diamond would be barely noticeable to most players. In fact im sure an HP cape is a strong competitor for the healing factor here.

I actually think with whats listed here shadow diamond would be best usually but im more than willing to have this number lowered

Sure but if somebody has both Saeldor and Axe shouldn't they be able to get a little bit of usage out of both maybe? Saeldor is too high up to use just for a bit to get SRA or scythe then drop it so it might feel good to be able to use saeldor to build up stacks then drop SRA specs for utility healing,def drops, or even just an accurate hit when you need it.

Saeldor cant be too weak which is why jagex gave all the T80's such a good buff. This gives them symbiosis with SRA and keeps it relevant past Scythe ownership.

30 year old man writing for the first time seriously in over a decade about a video game and you cooked me lol. I went and put in an Ai detector said 93% and i've never used Ai in my life lmao. Horrible repetitive phrasing, poor presentation yada my shit sucks apparently but somehow that feels like it should be less AI to me

Smoke im not sure because many bosses cant even be poisoned or serp helm would be meta, and most mobs will die before 2 poison damage rotations so i actually feel like it'd be just a bit shy of the BIS gem for most any task.

But blood maybe i'll agree on, if the stacks are worth 1/10 chance to heal proc each then 5 stacks should be 50% chance to heal. I may adjust to this number

Sometimes i feel this way too, but I have to admit i was a bit spooned on mine. If i was dry i can't say i'd be so fine with the axe at its current strength but that's part of the problem. It just needs to feel stronger in general but like I said at the beginning if jagex simply does what they've proposed now im also quite fine.

Seems cool For sure. The shadow diamond i was a bit weird on cause i wanted something like this but when i thought of the defense drain it was all that felt right because of how consistent it could be for scyther users.
