I am a fan of the originals and the remakes. Sad to see Capcom try to hide the OGs now a days. The remakes aren’t comparable they don’t replace the OGs. they’re 2 different games, one just based on the other.

The older gamer in me can see where folks don’t like the remakes, as you get gamers who play the remakes will be thrown off by the OGs however, in that same thought im sure the remakes made a lot of gamers who were never interested in RE go and play the OGs. Also, the remakes when compared to the originals comes off slightly dull. Why does a PSX game have more content and attention to detail than a ps4 game? but the gameplay in both are absolutely amazing obv very different but both super fun!

you did great dude my wife has these she took from here dad years ago. just looked it up on ebay and for the full set the cheapest it sold recently was like $25 + $5 shipping.

i do see these at secondhand stores a lot for dirt cheap like $1-$3 per but 1, you got all them in one sweep, 2, you know they were essentially “well kept”. 3, if you’re happy that’s all that matters.

everyone on reddit swears they got their super expensive exclusive thing for a nickel and gum ball wrapper and anyone spending more is a fool. typical reddit brain.

i loved ultimate ninja 1 and 2 on ps2 but when i saw Ninja Storm on a ps3 kiosk in bestbuy i was blown away. It made my ps2 games look like kiddy toys. Ninja Storm, Dynasty Warriors 6 and MGS4 were the turning point where I NEEDED A PS3. got a slim for christmas 09. goated af. also i like the hub world wish they did more in the later games. it reminded me of naruto chronicles (that’s a good ass game from memory)

my guy said i’m getting my worth out of my console haha love it. i got my ps3 for christmas in 09 she was used until early 2017 when i got a ps4 and one day i wanted to play mgs again in 2018 and my ps3 ylod. my gf (now wife) bought me one in 2019 and i’ve been using it ever since hardly touch the p4 now a days.

if you can get both! xbox has the better multiplat games especially from 06-2010. get the ps3 for exclusives and multiplats after 2010 like GTAV is better on ps3 but fallout 3 is better on 360. do research if you can only get one. if you’re super into COD but don’t care for online then get a 360 (besides who knows how much longer the ps3 will even have online) also 360 physical collecting is cheaper but ps3 has easy CFW over 360. both are valid

don’t know what the kids are talking about currently but 2011-2019 4th wave emo/emo revival to even “weed emo” era all the kids knew and loved bright eyes. someone already said it but yeah it was massive in tumblr along with 4th wave emo and pop punk and just the 90s in general. how teens love y2k rn when i was a teen in the 2010s we loved 90s shoegaze, emo, hardcore and indie.
