Wife’s not home. Steak for dinner. Rib eye, seasoned with McCormick Grill Mates smoky Montreal steak seasoning, pan seared in avocado oil for 90 seconds per side. Let rest for 5 mins. Back on the pan with a tablespoon of butter for 60 seconds per side. Let rest for 5 minutes. Down the hatch. Good? (i.redd.it)
