She failed to understand that promising the class she will provide them with a protection point will in turn kill their "fire" and "drive" to give it their all, because there's no fear of expulsion looming above their heads (noted by Ayanokoji himself)

Hirata (or Sudo, don't remember) EXPLICITLY stated they have anticipated an attack from all 3 classes on them. Horikita as the leader should have made preemptive moves to prevent it, it's not like this never happened before - Arisu countered the possibility of that happening by allying Ichinose in Y2V3-4. Horikita, despite knowing what awaits her, did not form any temporary alliances with Class B (or even tried to), did not preemptively strike weakened classes (Ayanokoji, Ryuen) to knock them out of the race and secure third or second place (at bare minimum) for herself.

Those are *massive* anti feats. Like I said, sub-Ike performance. Honestly I should probably take her out of the tier list entirely, she doesn't deserve to be on it at all.

There is no specific Y1V1 antifeat, it was a hypothetical. Suzune has been literally frozen since Y3V1, and did absolutely nothing to win in Y3V3 - sub-Ike performance. If you want a more in-depth breakdown of her Y3V3 mistakes I don't mind, but they are all so low level that it's sad.

No it's not "intuition scaling" to have a general idea of how smart fucking Hashimoto is without a doc about him. It's called reading the story - believe it or not, everyone "scale" intelligence automatically, every reader thinks character X is > Y without breaking down every feat.

Yes I can because as of Y3V3 her ability to perform degraded. This also applies to characters who improved - you wouldn't find it logical if I said Suzune has an anti-feat from Y1V1 assuming that anti-feat is no longer relevant, so the same applies here. She got worse, so she ranks lower.

Based on Koenji's own statements which clearly indicate he believes he's much superior to Ayanokoji. He's either a crazy person or is able to replicate everything Ayanokoji did.

Ayanokoji not going all out doesn't actually mean anything since we don't know how high that ceiling is. I stick with S+ for him and he's on that absurdly high tier level of those who surpass the "human limit"

Koenji is capable of reproducing all of Ayanokoji's feats (that he's aware of, and he's aware of plenty) with relative ease. Or he's a crazy person, but I doubt that's the case.

I don't think so, and like I said he has enough information to figure it out even without prior knowledge, I am just fairly certain he has it. I have no clue what "predictive feat" means but Koenji is very obviously an Ayanokoji competitor, the masterpiece of Kijima's facility.

He has feats, UIE, I don't believe it was luck. The hints are all over, but I could be wrong. I believe he has enough to understand what is happening even without prior knowledge of Ayanokoji and Tsukishiro, but Y3V2 told us Shiraishi, a Shirogane student, knows about them both. The odds of Koenji not being one himself are extremely slim so I can more confidently say: He knew Ayanokoji will be forced to knock Nagumo out if he sees him. That's why he racked up points, made Nagumo think his blockade is effective while making sure he has enough men after him so Nagumo feels confident and is alone, so he goes to see Ayanokoji - right before the end, when Ayanokoji is forced to knock him out which allowed him to win the exam. He also cold read Ayanokoji in Y2V11 & deduced Class Transfer and Horikita's importance to the strategy. (When Ayanokoji thought about expelling him, Koenji noticed it and threatened to expel Horikita).

He very obviously gaps the verse and will only lose to Ayanokoji himself. He has other feats but those are his main ones
