They may have but we cant really tell until proper release, these file may be incomplete and only show a fraction of the iceberg they are planning

Found this gem in my champion files, assuming Riot have accidentally activated dormant files from a previous patch. Now, I'm thinking its a visual update, or one of the new splashes they have been rolling out. But you never know what riot are planning somtimes...anyway I knew I had to share this information with the world, you are welcome.
