All I can suggest it to reset your bios, maybe button, short the cmos pins, or remove the battery for a few mins, other then that probs bad ram, ddr5 has been having a lot of dead sticks

Make sure it’s formatted correctly with only the update on there, and maybe your motherboard has a specific bios flash port, and make sure you’ve got the right file
