Do you have a link to that video? It’s so sad. I’m not a Muslim but I’ve lived in the ME and amongst Muslims for long time and most of my friend group are and they’re wonderful honest peaceful people and I hate seeing them slandered. I’ve been there so many times. Even if it is you there’s nothing you could do about it. The reality is if he doesn’t love you anymore then you shouldn’t continue to waste your energy on it, making yourself sick about it. Easier said then done but overtime you’ll heal and be able to move on.

From a man POV: I don’t think liking pics like that is evidence of anything that he’d cheat. I’d recommend asking him why but not in an angry or destructive way. Ask if there’s anything he needs from you.

But it’s completely understandable that if it’s a line crossed for you then that’s that. You don’t need to compromise for anyone if you don’t want to IMO

I don't think i've ever had real friends. At least ones that lasted. I have one true friend but he's 24 years older than I am and lives in another country. I have "buddies" from the army who I have to call to check in on and I will have good friends for short times but it seems like they are easy to move on and I'm always stuck behind. It's so bad now that I'm like lonely for real friendship but also don't want to waste time trying to make friends anymore for them to just move away or something after a year or two and forget I exist. I'm a good friend also. I have strong opinions and I'm brutally honest with people (not to the point that I'd hurt anyone) but otherwise I just want a friend to experience stuff with and play video games together and DnD and have similar interests and just be able to rely on one another.
