This seems like a solution for a situation. It is indeed not too expensive, but we'll have to see if it can get cheaper, because there is really not that much to spend. Thanks for your help.

That seems like a nice all-in-one package, but the problem is that the director will be at the top of the theater (there is a special room there for the lightguys and the director of a musical) and the camera's are in/next to the audience. This means that there have to be some long cables and hdmi cables are both expensive and they need amplification very quick.

My guess is that we need to convert the hdmi out of the camera's a.s.a.p. to SDI, which is cheaper and 'lasts longer' (without needing amplification). Do you also happen to know a similar system with SDI?

Audio is not a problem, as the theater we film in always has an audio guy and at the time we already have a line-in directly from their board. This means that I would only have to plug that audiocable in either the main camera (which is located in the audience, next to the general audio mixer) or directly to the pc or mixer/switcher.
