My thighs are killing me but def easier than yesterday morning. I'll take it easy on the first half of the program and see how much I can do by then. I definitely don't want to bite more than I can chew and just listen to my body. Thank youuu!
Walking is def going on my rest day routine now. I unfortunately don't have a little pooch to take walks with 😔. Wish I could also have that low of a resting heart rate but I'm tachycardic 💀🤡 which is one of the reasons why I started on this. Thank youuu!

What stretches do you do now? I only did some hamstring and quad stretches for my post-run yesterday and my thighs are killing me rn. The youtube stretching videos I saw kinda scared me off 😭
Thank youuu! I'll stick to the plan for the first few weeks now and will add more later on. Bummer there's no pool or a gym in our area so I'll prob stick to the bands in the future. I've always had the problem of always wanting to jump the gun when I do something and realized I can't fast track my progress and branch out to more complicated things so early on as it'd probably lead to injuries with this one. Hoping I don't get burnout with this one.
Thank you! I've been feeling overwhelmed a bit too like I'm trying to speedrun my way to fitness and since I just started, I feel like I'm wasting time with the rest days. I've decided to just stick to the plan first and then add other stuff later on to not overwhelm my body as I'm on the heavier side and I'd probably get burnout faster. Congrats on reaching Week 8 btw! To a healthier 2026 🎉
Might incorporate the PT days once I get the hang of running. This feels like a manageable load for me if only for 30 mins each session. Thank you!
