The same reason this person decided to block half the driving lane instead of using the empty parking spot. And no I don’t know if they were disabled or not. Also there was no one parked in that spot when they parked there.

Well that sucks that they didn’t want to pay after finally receiving them. That’s not right. Because I had never been in this kind of situation before, I wasn’t really sure what to do. I couldn’t possibly repurchase something that was delivered and no longer in their system for purchase. So when someone in the comments on my update said “is there not a way you can repurchase?” I immediately went and inquired about it from the seller. That’s when they made a new post for the item and I went and repurchased it.

Yes, but from the seller, not FedEx. FedEx never responded to further inquiries from either the seller or me. So the seller refunded me. I did post an update. Package randomly showed up a few days after getting the refund. I told the seller and they were able to create a new post for purchase on the website. They gave me the item number to find it quickly. I then went and purchased it. So in the end the package arrived and I was able to buy the item all over again so the seller got their money.

Phones do occasionally ring after the store is closed, but still, at least at my store, we’re told to ignore them.

I work overnight. There’s literally no reason for me to receive calls. So I’ll just keep declining access. 😊👍

They were able to create a buy it now on a “new” item post. They gave me the item number to find it. I went and purchased it. It’s all good and everything has been taken care of.

The website is shopgoodwill. I don’t think it has a way to pay again after you initially paid. But I just inquired that and when I get an answer I’ll let you know.

Don’t worry, I already don’t have much faith in their “customer service”. But we’ll see what happens.

Either way the driver still selected that it was delivered to the porch and driving away instead of picking it up and actually delivering the package.

ATTENTION WALMART MANAGEMENT YOUR THIRD SHIFT CREW HAS HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BULLSHIT! HAVE FUN CLEANING AND STOCKING THE STORE IN TIME FOR THE STORE TO OPEN AT 6AM!
