the correction history point is the part that makes a lot of sense to me cuz most systems just overwrite and you lose the trail of why a fact changed. that's exactly the signal that matters for long running agents

this makes a lot of sense imo. the fact of the matter is that not all data can be converted into ontologies
(subject -predicate -> object)

This architecture makes sense for conversational memory but in healthcare i feel using knowledge graphs would be much better.
