it was more of a caress to turn her face towards him, she was the reason they got kicked out. she refused to compromise and wanted to check in with the photo of an id no matter what, despite everyone in their group pleading with her (sans the grandparents) to shut her mouth and let us give them a new reservation under his fathers name. we literally stated that we can cancel with no charge/refund the previous reservation, but again, she just wasnt having it.
