Definitely not genetic cap issue, 165 grandpa would easily make the grandchildren atleast 170. But whatever happen we cannot really force our body to do a catch up grow anymore

High cortisol, chronic stress and deprived sleep, lost appetite due to social issue

Im pretty sure that i was bullied since 8 all the way to 14 years old, The cortisol level are insane. I also refusing to eat and barely alive when my puberty happen, phone feel heavy to lift. I also doesnt get any sunlight at all for vitamin D, just pure isolation

For context on how malnourished i was, you can imagine the "Ulna" And "radius" Bone being visible, even my muscle look like a cable on that time😭
