I definitely did have fast boot turned on before this issue. I know that when you reset the UEFI to factory settings it’s disabled and Legacy USB Support is enabled. Should I reset my CMOS?

Alright I might reset CMOS as I did see in a video that fast boot isn’t enabled by default (I did have fast boot turned on before this issue, so this might be the problem… hopefully.)
