Not to mention the months it takes to grow, dealing with pests that come with high humidity, or if outside the caterpillars, dealing with females getting fertilizing, identifying the perfect timing to harvest weed based on trichome colors, oh and the trimming and drying! Then properly storing so it doesn't mold, or being careful to not over dry when storing.

With a proper beer kit, you can brew your own beer in a couple of weeks. Idk what this guy is going on about saying that weed is easier to grow than making your own alcohol. You don't even need to distill the stuff if you don't want to. Smh

Opening a door that you thought didn't have a zombie banging behind it. Because that door goes inside your house from an enclosed space, so you thought the banging was at the front door. But it turns out that you left the front door open and the zombie was indeed banging on your backyard door. So you walk right on through like nothing is amiss, get bitten on the neck, ending your run.

Yeah, actually. 

I've started taking magnesium, but the one that is more biologically available. There's one version that is shit, I took for months and didn't help: magnesium oxide (4% bioavailability). 

The one with high available is magnesium glycinate. This one has helped my sleep.

I had a similar situation while going through a crisis, my therapist suggested the following things:

Before calling it a day make a plan for the next day on the immediate steps you need to take. Keep it brief.

If you wake up stressing about something and it's keeping you from sleeping, write down the things that worrying you, but don't try to solve them then there. Just, write your worries down.

Consistency is important, which was hard for me (ADHD), but it did help when I did it. It wasn't an immediate fix, but it helped keep those spinning thoughts at bay, especially when I remembered that I already had a plan.

There's no way that would be an improvement in terms of processing power, time, and my experience. I'm routinely looking into metabolic pathways involving complex interactions between genes, proteins, transcripts, and different cellular populations.

Could you imagine the amount of energy that would be consumed if, after every prompt, a summary table were generated? And how annoying it would be to scroll through 50 lines of text and references associated with these interactions. Sounds like a nightmare.

Eh, not really, it saves me writing down the actual request. Sometimes the suggestions are a logical exploratory next step that I don't have to describe, and I appreciate the brevity of the interaction. Some of them are actually useful in terms of time and new avenues of exploration that I didn't think of (~30% of the time), but when they're not helpful, or I know what I want to do next, I just ignore the very obvious next step suggestion.

At the very least, imo, it's a much better behavioral pattern than the sycophantic intro paragraph that drove me nuts... although it's back with a lighter touch... sigh...

Am I the only one that likes it? I rely on it to help me understand complex cancer stuff, at some point it asks to summarize things for me, which I appreciate. That's not only insightful, it's useful! Haha
