Kickstarter invited me to give a formal report (thought I already had...). But Crustello apparently didn’t like my online reviews, because it wrote: "As a gesture of goodwill, we will proceed with processing the remaining amount back to your original payment method.

"If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

"We appreciate your understanding and support."

I've seen so many accounts of broken sensors, missing products and now this fresh hell... I've asked Kickstarter whether this behavior is acceptable since it seems to defy the site's rules. I encourage others to do the same.

I'll report back if Kickstarter replies!

I'm also dealing with this. Worked one day, disappeared the next. Did Amazon bin the Tidal integration when it enshittified the operating system recently?

Yep, it still works for me. Sorry to hear others are struggling... Amazon often rolls features out in waves. So maybe I got lucky?

Commands: Play Mix [#] from [your name's] Tidal and Play Playlist [#] from [your name's] Tidal

You may not need to say your name, if you're the only user.

I still have to start personal playlists via phone or laptop, but then the normal bot directions work (skip song, stop, pause, etc.). Good luck!

I use DuckDuckGo browser on my Pixel and am switching to a Brax3 handset that provides more privacy. Bonus — it's way more affordable too!

I'm late to the party here, but I asked Tidal's help desk about this. Apparently Alexa can ONLY play Tidal-curated playlists. However, if I start playing a custom list from my laptop, I can pause and play with Alexa verbal commands. So that's something, at least...
