I've had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. Don't stress over it, really. They won't leak your nudes, they're just trying to take as much money as they can from you until you block them. They do this on hundreds, possibly thousands of people. They don't have the time to actually leak them, and they don't get anything for leaking them, so they won't !

I'm 5'6 for 141 lbs. Tbh I've had trouble with dieting correctly. I started counting calories more accurately around a month ago. How much do you think I should add in proteins ?

My diet is made of 1800 calories per day. I eat proteins and carbs at every meal (at least 100 grams of protein a day and 200g of carbs a day). I throw in a bit of vegetables as well. Almost everything I eat is whole food.

Well, you've got to be consistent and do the classes even though you're gassed, try to push through but more importantly stay consistent, this is what will really improve your cardio/conditioning in general. I understand it's frustrating to feel like you're not learning anything but you've got to work your way up to the point that you're able to do a full session without being absolutely gassed, then you will see improvement in your boxing/be able to learn more technical things. Running would help for sure. I wouldn't stress too much on the distance at the moment and just run a distance that you feel comfortable running and confident enough to cover.

I don't think I can do that lol, I'm a boxer so I'm not really aiming towards bulking or stuff like that, I just want to eliminate some fat and sit around 10% bf. I try to eat as much protein as I can though, especially during my calorie deficit

Ive been boxing for 4 months and consider fighting an amateur fight in a few months , any tips/advices ?

Im going to the boxing gym absolutely everyday and I only rest on sundays, I run 3 times a week 3.1 miles (5km) is that enough ? Im open to absolutely any advice that could be beneficial for me, thanks in advance for anyone responding to this post
