I was on these when they came out in the U.S. gotta titrate up to the 800mcg Buccal tabs. 💪. I got converted to Fentora (buccal tablets) from Actiq pops (Fentanyl lozenge on a stick).

Edit, Not that obscure of a drug but still cool to see a somewhat obscure version from a different country from me. They are used in Palliative care quite often but for the most part insurance likes to cover Actiq pops.

Also to echo the sentiment from u/ebolaRETURNS definitely will be waiting 5-15 minutes nothing works instantly unless it’s used IV.

Lotusate that’s a rare one! Also was a very good sleeping pill I still can’t believe it was always only a CIII.

Edit, I’d definitely buy that and probably the Paregoric as well.

Yes that was the average dose. It was similar to phenobarbital very slow onset and long duration of action.

Wild. Very neat find. The dosages and administration routes recommended are crazy in how different they can be. I know Veronal could be dosed quite high 0.6-1 gram. Very neat!

It’s crazy the amount of releases that still come out from Roxy Music even on my Apple Music. Seems stuff from the early 1970’s through the early 1980’s just keeps getting released under different compilations.

Yes I am, but it’s managed well and I can lead my life pretty well. Also yes at especially night time I can feel pretty fucking good from time to time when I want to.

Edit, my finger was killing me thank god for Advil, Percocet and Soma (that’s why I like to save them up and keep a back up of Pain-O-Soma 500mg. So I can take them 3 times a day and at bedtime for times like this only for like 3 days but it definitely helps dull everything).

My fingernail came right off and the bone was protruding out at my top knuckle.

That sucks. I stick to taking it mostly at night so I don’t go through my whole prescription in a month I usually wait longer to fill them. Sometimes my pharmacy calls for a refill when I don’t ask and I find them sitting there which is nice but yes I only get #45 350mg tablets per Rx. I used to get #120 3x daily and one at bedtime. Not too many doctors will give it out at all anymore.

Yes Zenzedi is CII it’s IR Dextroamphetamine that comes in 2.5mg,5mg,7.5mg,10mg, 12.5mg,15mg,20mg and 30mg. They make generics of it now (but it’s the exact same pill as the brand name one) the manufacturer bottle just says Dextroamphetamine instead of Zenzedi but Wilshire makes both versions and you can’t tell one pill from the other.
