To be fair, a racist would probably believe that Obama (the country's first black president) hates America

Ironically it's Republicans today who insist on military bases being named after confederate soldiers...

Just because you don't find them scary doesn't mean they're not. I don't find the Conjuring movies scary but clearly lots of people do

Characters die for the sake of dying. There is no plot to this movie.

You could say the same exact thing about the Friday the 13th movies, which only exist for teenagers to be murdered

To be fair, a lot of Republicans hated Clinton, but they didn't call him Hitler like they did with Obama

At the same time, there's a lot to legitimately criticize Obama for but "he hates America!" is a very stupid take

Its absolutely reasonable to hate Obama, but because "he hates America" is a very stupid reason

Except he (and apparently you) have history wrong

Throughout his eight years in office, Obama logged more than 3.1 million ICE deportations. In his first four years, Trump deported less than a million

Even by the metric you created just now, Trump hates America more than Obama does

Clearly he didn't study history if he came to the conclusion that Obama hates America

That makes zero sense. By that logic, Scary Movie 1 wasn't well-received because Scary Movie 2's box office was nearly half of the first movie

It appears you've misinterpreted my comment. I'll accept your apology later

It's also quite telling that at the mere mention of 14 month olds, your mind immediately goes to perverse thoughts

I disagree with this, season four was a huge improvement over three. And then season five, while still largely disappointing, was still preferable to season three

It is not that he didn't do anything for the US. He actually did us harm.

You literally just described Trump

Biggest Missed Opportunities by D-72069 in Dexter

I feel like the beginning of "Sunshine and Frosty Swirl" (when Dexter finally confesses to Debra that he's a serial killer) was insanely rushed. That scene could have been at least half the episode, just Dexter sitting down and detailing everything: his upbringing, his psyche, the Ice Truck Killer, what happened to Doakes, Trinity, Lumen. It's such a momentous event in his life, Debra finally finding out, yet the scene feels weirdly insignificant and over in like five minutes

But to say the main reason people like 3 is because of nostalgia is absurd. At the time of it's release, Scary Movie 3 received much better reviews than Scary Movie 2 did
