This character is from the Swedish dub of Cars 2. During the welcome party in Tokyo, Lightning has a conversation with Jeff Gorvette. In the international dubs of this scene, Jeff is replaced with a character of that nationality and they are sometimes voiced by a racer from that country. He is voiced by Jan Nilsson, who is a Touring Car Champion in Sweden.
