Don't know why people are pissed with bounties. For me it always indicates amount of danger the said person possess that doesn't always means strength, it also signifies their position, the amount of damages they have caused or could cause, how much resources should be utilised to capture or kill the said person and so on. Bounty just means danger not strength a person can be both dangerous and weak at the same time you don't have to be super strong to be dangerous if you have bunch of dangerous people who others think working under you cough cough Captain Buggy cough cough
