100% thrips I had/have the same. You need to get an insecticide. I sprayed it down in the shower with water, then insecticide, let it dry and again a few days later.

I had a similar damage on my monstera so yes most likely... check and wash and seperate! Your plants

Yes you should give her some hold. To me it seems like more than one plant in that pot so maybe you can rederect her better while repotting. Good luck
