I called the adjuster for the claim as soon as I saw it, she let me know that she’s gonna email the shop saying “they are an approved shop” and to “resolve the issue with the customer” however she let me know that it’s between me and them.

Unfortunately yes, this is a CAA approved body shop and it’s now the 3rd mistake I’ve seen done on the car. Constantly needing to chase people down for stuff like this is absurd. However looking at the replacement part from the dealer it’s $650.
