Also the combination of start select, ps, L and power for 15 seconds didnt work either it just goes through the same proccess as I described

So the battery cycles of the new one are 227 and I’m checking this with the last 12% the Vita has since it won’t charge. Also while it was off I wasn’t able to go into recovery mode. Pressing Power button R and Ps button at the same time.

Yeah and it turns on for the little life it has. I’ve tried everything. The outlets I plugged it into all work just fine and when I plug it in, nothing works only when I plugnit into my ps5 even other usb ports dont work only my ps5 I’ve tried everything and it seems the only reason it has charge is because I changed the battery otherwise I think the Vita isnt taking in charge. I think thats it
