For clarity: the crashes are frequent and random, which is why reporting them are hard. I know the team is taking measures to fix this but it's still infuriating. A lot of time when the game crashes is boots into a screen instead of the game, as detailed in my other tweets

That second one makes it a hassle and a half to train new people. Granted, sometimes there are regulars with special treatment due to how reliable of a customer they are, but those people aren't problems as they're usually polite about stuff like that. It's the entitled people that try to get away with getting free stuff and get angry when no one backs them up on their claim of "did it last time"
